POSITION SUMMARY

We are seeking a qualified Software Developer to join our innovative IT team! The Software Developer will be responsible for ensuring the security and integrity of software applications and business data by staying up to date with emerging technologies and industry trends. This knowledge will be applied to ongoing projects as well as collaboration with cross-functional teams to define, design, and implement advanced features on new and existing software solutions.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Design, develop, test, and maintain high quality software applications.

• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize systems to improve performance and reliability.

• Develop integrations to other third party applications using SQL, APIs, and other tools to build successful solutions.

• Work on complex projects and implement applications for the business.

• Design, build, and assess business processes and recommend solution efficiencies.

• Assist in designing efficient pathways to databases for business insights and analytics.

This is a full-time exempt position located on-site in Onalaska, WI, working Monday through Friday. Occasional travel may be required.

Position Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field or equivalent experience
  • Minimum of 6 years in software development
  • Proficiency in multiple programming languages (e.g., Java, C#, Python, JavaScript) and frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, .NET)
  • Strong understanding of database management systems (MS SQL) and cloud services (Azure)
  • Experience with version control systems (Git)
  • Experience with mobile device development and support (Android)
  • Ability to work independently and with a team in a fast-paced, high volume environment
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
