We are looking for a skilled B2B Marketing & Social Media Specialist to join our team! Qualified candidates will reside in Pennsylvania and have experience in the Thryv CRM Platform. This is a part time W-2 position approximately 5-15 hours +/- per month. You will have the flexibility to schedule work on days, evenings or weekends as long as you're reasonably available for virtual meetings with our Leadership.

We are looking for a skilled B2B Marketing & Social Media Specialist to join our team! Qualified candidates will reside in Pennsylvania and have experience in the Thryv CRM Platform. What You Will Do:
- Engage with Leadership to understand the reasons we're hiring for this new role.
- Build out and manage an existing Thryv CRM platform which has been underutilized.
- With the input of company Leadership, create and implement social media campaigns that align with business goals and take advantage of the capabilities of Thryv CRM.
- Plan, design and execute marketing campaigns to enhance brand awareness, generate new B2B leads, enhance existing client engagement and generate repeat business.
- Collaborate and teach leadership in the methodology used to set up and administer campaigns through Thryv CRM. Work independently and be accountable.
- Build and maintain relationships with business partners.
- Experience in graphic design is not required, but is a plus.
What We Require:
- Pennsylvania residency.
- Advanced knowledge of Thryv Platform, features, functionality and proven track record.
- Experience with social media and postal mail campaigns.
