Position Overview/Responsibilities for the Agile Project Manager:
- Facilitate process flows to automate processes and enhance workflows
- Focus on governance rather than typical project-based work
- Leverage Agile PM methodology to manage projects effectively
Required Skills for Agile Project Manager:
- Proficiency in Agile PM methodology
- Experience in governance and automation
- Proven track record of managing projects to automate business processes
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience in the Payments or Financial Services industries is a plus
- A minimum of 5 years of solid project management experience is required
