Job Description

Your role Act as a Product Owner (P.O. - following the Scrum/Agile methodology) for the team’s initiatives and projects. Take responsibility for the delivery of initiatives and contribute to the development roadmap of solution delivery. Work closely with team experts and partners to represent needs and define acceptance criteria for solutions. Break down and sequence a target vision to maximize value delivery, considering constraints and interdependencies with other projects or sectors. This includes: Building and managing the backlog to achieve the business vision, and Prioritizing the MVP (Minimal Viable Product) for the delivery team based on business value. Support change adaptation, gain buy-in from others, and manage resistance to change. Continuously implement improvements and adjustments to the product to enhance the experience and meet current and future needs. Your Team Within the Compliance sector, you will be part of a team of 14 colleagues, reporting to the Senior Director of RPCFAT Risk Management. Prerequisites University degree related to the field of activity and 4-6 years of relevant experience Experience in delivering solutions as a Product Owner (P.O.)
