Vee-Jay’s – Office Coordinator

Responsibilities:
Responsibilities will include, but may not be limited to:
- Answer telephone calls in a friendly and timely manner, and route calls to appropriate persons.
- Greet visitors and assist them as needed
- Sort and deliver mail and supply orders
- Prepare outgoing mail, and packages
- Manage and order office supplies
- Back up and support various functions for Accounting, Costing, and HR teams
- Assist in projects with Accounting, Costing, and HR teams
- Receive in P.O.’s.
- Perform various management requests as needed (scan, file, organize supplies, etc.)
- Maintain an organized workspace at all times
- Perform other assignments as necessary
Minimum Qualifications:
Education:
- Associate degree in office administration, management, or related field preferred.
- Two or more years of related experience with knowledge of positions concepts, practices, and procedures.
- Appropriate education and/or experience may be substituted on equivalent basis.
Experience:
- Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office products (i.e., Word, Excel)
- Ability to learn new computer software programs
- Attention to detail; innovative thinker; proven process improvement
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills
- Maintain normal standards of ethics, conduct, and organizational policies in job-related activities
