Job Description
Pay rate: $19.50/hr. -$21.50/hr. + 10% diff
Schedule: Monday- Friday 3pm-11:30pm | Training on 1st shift
Location: Newburyport, MA
Overview:
FootBridge is seeking Assembly Operators to join our client’s team. In this role, you will operate various microelectronics assembly equipment and perform inspections. You will work with delicate components using hand tools and assist with training other team members on equipment operation and assembly processes. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, has a positive and team-oriented attitude.
Key Responsibilities:
Operate manual, automatic, and semi-automatic microelectronics assembly equipment under supervision.Inspect die and packages to necessary standards using high and low-power microscopes.Follow defined specifications, reaction paths, or verbal/written instructions.Use multiple hand tools to process delicate products without damaging components.Train other employees on basic equipment operation and assembly processes. Maintain a well-organized work area.Utilize computer-based manufacturing systems to track and move products.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED required.Previous experience in electronic or semiconductor assembly is helpful but not required.Basic computer skills.Excellent communication skills.High attention to detail.Stable work history.Positive, team-oriented attitude, representing and supporting the company’s culture and values.
