Our organization is a leading player in the Manufacturing industry, known for our innovative products and exceptional customer service. We are seeking a dynamic and driven Permanent Outside Sales Representative to manage our Wisconsin Territory. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in outside sales, territory management, and account management. This role is perfect for a self-starter with a proven track record of generating new business and maintaining existing accounts. The successful candidate will be responsible for prospecting and cold calling potential clients, recommending new products, and managing the overall sales within the territory.
Responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement a strategic sales plan to expand the customer base in the assigned territory and meet or exceed annual sales goals.
2. Establish, maintain, and expand customer relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction.
3. Conduct regular cold calling and prospecting to generate new business opportunities.
4. Provide product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients to showcase the features and benefits of our products.
5. Recommend new products to customers, based on their needs and interests, contributing to the growth of the business.
6. Provide regular sales forecasts and territory analysis to the Sales Manager, providing insight into market trends and customer needs.
7. Collaborate with the internal team to ensure customer requirements are met and any issues are resolved promptly and professionally.
8. Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to network and promote the company's products.
Qualifications:
1. Minimum of 5 years of experience in outside sales, preferably in the manufacturing industry.
2. Proven track record in territory management, account management, and prospecting.
3. Exceptional skills in cold calling and recommending new products.
4. Strong understanding of the sales process and dynamics, with a passion for meeting sales goals.
5. Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
6. Ability to build rapport with clients and maintain strong relationships.
7. Self-motivated, with a results-driven approach and the ability to work independently.
8. Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
9. Ability to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
10. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
