Key Job Responsibilities:
  • Engage with subcontractors to secure agreements that align with project goals.
  • Create detailed job start-up summaries that fuel our accounting systems.
  • Collaborate with local municipalities to pull necessary permits and navigate unique project challenges.
  • Develop comprehensive budgets and generate change orders and invoices, keeping our projects financially on track.
  • Ensure the highest standards of quality throughout every phase of the project, leading inspections and maintaining safety protocols.
  • Supervise superintendents and subcontractors, fostering a collaborative environment that prioritizes safety and compliance.
  • Attend HOA meetings and provide updates that keep stakeholders informed and engaged.
  • Schedule and conduct thorough site inspections, documenting progress through notes, photos, and videos.
  • Work hand-in-hand with our marketing team to promote and sell our services, turning visions into reality.
Who You Are:
  • You possess exceptional communication skills-both written and verbal.
  • You have a keen eye for detail and the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • You bring a strong knowledge of construction methods and safety regulations to the table.
  • You thrive in a collaborative team atmosphere, ensuring everyone is aligned and motivated.
  • You're adaptable, able to navigate challenges and embrace change with enthusiasm.
Physical Requirements:
  • You're ready to be on your feet, walking and inspecting sites in all weather conditions.
  • Climbing ladders and working at heights? No problem!
  • You can lift up to 100 lbs and are comfortable driving for extended periods.
Experience & Education:
  • Prior experience in marketing or sales within the construction industry is a plus.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent; an Associate's degree in construction or equivalent work experience is preferred.
