Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand market presence in Texas.
- Client Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, distributors, and partners. Understand their needs and provide tailored solutions to address their RF component requirements.
- Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities, trends, and competitive landscape. Utilize this information to refine sales strategies and identify potential growth areas.
- Product Expertise: Serve as the technical expert on RF components. Provide technical support and guidance to clients, ensuring they understand the benefits and applications of our products.
- Sales Execution: Manage the sales pipeline, from lead generation to deal closure. Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to potential clients.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns. Coordinate with the product development team to ensure alignment between customer needs and product offerings.
- Reporting: Track and report on sales performance metrics, including revenue, customer feedback, and market trends. Provide regular updates to senior management on progress and challenges.
The Successful Applicant
Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum of [3] years of experience in sales of RF components or related technologies, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Physics, or a related field. Advanced degree or relevant certifications are a plus.
- Technical Knowledge: In-depth understanding of RF technologies, including RF amplifiers, filters, and other related components. Ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Skills: Strong sales and negotiation skills, with excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Travel: Willingness to travel throughout Texas as required to meet with clients and attend industry events.
