- Preparation & execution of internal audits, mainly focused on Operational Audits and Internal Controls
- Conduct risk assessments and manage the audit process
- Identify gaps, document audit work-papers, and align audit findings with process owners
- Build strong relationship with business functions
- Some travel required
The Successful Applicant
- 4+ years of internal audit experience, operational audits experience required
- Strong knowledge of accounting, internal audit, internal controls, and risk management
- Ability to lead and experience with project management
- Ability to build and maintain relationships
- Fully remote
- Ability to grow out audit department
- Inward and upward career mobility
