Senior Accountant/Controller

• Work directly with the board- Attend and present financials to the Board and Finance Committee meetings
• Help take this mission-centric organization to the next level

• Work directly as a partner to the Chief Financial Officer
• Humorous Chief Financial Officer-must have a sense of humor and easy going

• Complete closings of monthly and annual financial records
• Prepare external monthly financial statements, annual audits, and annual budgets
• Develop a reliable operating income forecasting process
• Report to management and financial committee the reasons for any major budget/forecast variance
• Review all accounts payables and accounts receivables

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance
• 5 plus year of hands-on accounting experience
• Go getter personality
• Detailed oriented
