Associate Vice President/Vice President, Full-Spectrum Communications

Finn Partners Nashville is seeking an Associate Vice President or Vice President to join our growing Health team. You'll be joining a strong team working on one of the most exciting healthcare clients around.
Primary Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day operations of clients, including managing the relationship and budget
• Devise sound strategies that utilize the full spectrum of marcomm tactics
• Manage a growing team
• Deliver high-quality programs that meet and exceed client goals
• Help develop client content, including media materials, online content, blog outreach, media pitches, bylines and Q&As
• Participate in new business

• Agency experience (at least 4-7 years) working on clients, ideally in the healthcare space
• Experience working with traditional and integrated strategies and campaigns
• Ability to develop and execute successful marcomm programs
• Excellent writing skills
• Strong project management skills
• The ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong communications skills both oral and written (including editing skills)
• Experience using all Microsoft Office products
• A bachelor's degree
