ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Supervision/Support of Behavior Interventionists
- Conduct and oversee functional behavior assessments (FBAs)
- Design, continuously monitor/analyze, and modify ABA treatment programsbased on client needs, under the supervision of a BCBA
- Provide training/modeling/support for direct interventioniststaff
- Monitor data integrity and fidelity
- Conduct weekly case visits
- Complete progress reports
- Conductcaregiver education and training
- Attend monthly clinicalteam and professional development meetings
- Timely submission of billing requirements,clinical notes, reports, and other materials
- Conduct quality assurance checks and address clinical concerns as needed.
- Maintain consistent and reliable communication with all team members
- Bilingual in Spanish (highly preferred)
- Master's degree in Psychology or in a related field(e.g., Child Development, Education, Applied Behavior Analysis, etc.)
- Enrolled in a BCBA program and/or obtaining hours toward certification, preferred
- Previous clinical experience within the field ofApplied Behavior Analysis (ABA).
- Previous experience working with software platforms for data collection, program development, and report writing requirements
- Ability to pass a background check
- TB clearance.
- Reliable vehicle with proof of insurance.
- Excellent written, oral, and interpersonalcommunication skills.
