- 2+ years of experience as an attorney working in; workers' compensation litigation (applicant or defense), civil litigation, personal injury and/or insurance defense
- Strong legal research and writing skills
- Analytical and problem-solving skills, and ability to handle multiple tasks and work in a deadline-driven, fast-paced environment
- Optimistic outlook that thrives in a dynamic work setting
- Desire to grow with a team long-term
- Licensed to Practice law in Washington. Oregon licensure a plus
- FULL REMOTE work schedule in Washington state. Periodic travel required
