You will partner with the Director of Finance/Accounting on budgeting, forecasting, and KPI reporting while working cross-functionally to analyze and present critical business metrics. About the role
You will partner with the Director of Finance/Accounting on budgeting, forecasting, and KPI reporting while working cross-functionally to analyze and present critical business metrics. This role is ideal for someone with a passion for financial analysis, data accuracy, and process improvement in a high-growth environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead FP&A activities, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
- Build and maintain KPI dashboards to track SaaS business performance.
- Conduct month-end reporting and financial statement preparation.
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, and operations on business metrics and operational analysis.
- Analyze and interpret data with a skeptical, accuracy-driven approach to identify trends and variances.
- Optimize financial systems and processes for high-growth, high-volume operations.
- Strong understanding of SaaS businesses and key metrics.
- 3+ years in high-growth environments with proven experience in FP&A.
- Expertise in data analysis and reporting (Excel, SQL, Python, etc.).
- Demonstrated ability to own finance metrics and drive cross-departmental collaboration.
- Experience with Snowflake, NetSuite, or similar systems preferred.
- Passion for data and financial analysis with a commitment to precision.
