One of my long time / top clients is currently hiring. My client has experience hyper growth from 0 - 400 employees in 6 countries since 2018. They are a market leader in Data management software and serve top clients like Salesforce, Mercedes-Benz, and Phillips and so many more. They have maintained profitability since foundation and are taking a focus on Strategic / Enterprise Account Management.
Job Description
You Will:
- Play an integral role working with established enterprise clients - growing business YoY.
- Create and manage account plans to deliver marginal YoY growth that helps company growth and scale.
- Take a highly value based, strategic, and relationship based approach to selling Enterprise software.
- Manage a multi-million dollar book of business.
- Work with sales leaders, sales engineers and sales enablement to stay well versed in my client's products, and market trends.
- Maintain and update Salesforce.com to accurately track all relative customer data, business insights, and record of interactions.
- Continuously develop knowledge and skills to be successful on your own accord.
- Utilize and set sales approach and implement a formal sales training or methodology to your process.
- Implement your own process / strategy for key account management.
- Help coach and train other SAM's.
The Successful Applicant
You Have:
- Familiarity with MEDDIC or other formal sales training program (Sander, Challenger, Miller-Heiman).
- Business degree - bachelors a must, masters a plus.
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales quotas / growth.
- Proven track record in managing and growing enterprise grade deals / accounts.
- Ideally 5+ years in an enterprise Strategic Account Manager role.
- SaaS sales experience is a MUST HAVE
- Experience selling to CRO, CMO line a huge plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication as well as presentation skills.
- Will to win and outperform objectives
- Strong prospecting and sales skills.
- Excellent contract negotiation skills.
- Understanding of CRM technology. Experience with Salesforce is preferred.

- $130-150k base salary - $260-3000k OTE with uncapped commission and accelerators
