• Must have active state license
• BC or BE required
• Weekdays, Days, Call, 7 on / 7 off
• Need provider who will cross train both locations but only needs to pick one to work as primary
• Hospital based consult liaison position (primary) and adapt clinic (secondary)
• Must be proficient in EPIC
• Credentialing needed
• DEA needed
