Job Description

We are looking for a SOX IT audit analyst who will report to the IT SOX audit lead, and who’ll be tasked with our annual IT general controls certification under SOX regulation. As part of your role, you’ll be significantly contributing to the organization's compliance requirement. You’ll be a key player of the SOX program in a continuously evolving environment. YOU’LL HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO: Maintain accurate documentation of the program from scoping, control documentation, to testing evidence and risk assessment. Work closely with the IT management team to document processes and gather testing evidence. Support control environment implementation to application development / deployment. Ensure program proficiency by implementing changes through continuous learning, staying abreast of new trends under the scope of responsibility. Collaborate with the business process team to improve the program efficiency. YOU’LL THRIVE IN THIS ROLE IF YOU HAVE THE FOLLOWING SKILLS AND QUALITIES: Relevant accounting / audit designation (e.g., CPA, CISA). A minimum of 2-3 years of experience managing and / or leading projects in IT, external and / or internal audit (under a SOX environment would be an asset). Strong written and verbal communication skills in both French and English. Proven team player with the ability to establish and maintain strong relationship. Creativity, ability to think out-of-the-box. Strong analytical, rigorous, information processing and problem-solving skills. Does this sound like you? We look forward to receiving your application.
