Join our team as a Night Awake Residential Counselor (3rd Shift) in Bennington, Vermont, and play a crucial role in ensuring the safety and well-being of our youth during their sleeping hours. Responsibilities: full job description available at time of interview
- Provide attentive supervision and support to youth during their sleeping hours.
- Model appropriate behavior and guide students in navigating challenges.
- Respond to crisis situations with professionalism and compassion.
- Collaborate closely with team members to maintain a nurturing environment for our youth.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED.
- Valid driver's license and a minimum age of 21.
- Successful completion of background and pre-employment checks.
- Preferred previous experience working with at-risk adolescents.
