Job Description
Coordinates/Administrates within the local market:
- Warehouse Management
- Shipping
- Receiving
- Inventory
- Re-Use of materials
- Material Orders, Logistics and Verification
- Scheduling Manpower under the direction of the Sr PM.
- Project launch, certification, and as-built documents
- Close Out Documentations
- Customer Invoicing
- Weekly Updates & Reports
- Asset Tracking
- Asset Certification
- Vehicle Maintenance Reports
- Technician Payroll
- Inventory Control- with focus on re-use of materials.
Job hours are 8:00am – 5:00pm with one hour for lunch.
This is an office-based position and does not include any on-the-job driving of either a personal vehicle or a company vehicle.
Job Requirements
Experience: 2 years field training in voice or data systems or EE degree
Education: High school + AA Degree or higher
Skill-sets: Computer – Proficient in MS Office – Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access and Outlook
Pay Scale is $22-27/hr based on experience
