Accounts Payable Specialist (MBS)

Mercedes Benz of Smithtown is seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist to join our accounting department.

In this role, you will be mainly responsible for:

• Posting Invoices
• Cutting expense checks
• Reconciling corresponding schedules
• Reconciling payable statements and remitting the payments
• Cash receipts for the daily deposit
• Special cost projects as needed

• Experience as an Accounts payable specialist or will train someone with bookkeeper experience.
• Solid math skills and reconciling skills
• Basic computer skills (email, MS Suite, Google Suite)
• Needs to be detailed oriented and a problem-solver
• Must be a team player

Compensation details: 20-20 Hourly Wage
