Responsibilities
Key duties for this role include:
- Planning and supervising maintenance operations, managing a team of trades specialists, and coordinating external contractors
- Handling quotes, contracts, on-site monitoring, invoice approvals, and job finalization
- Maintaining safety standards and secure systems during changes and commissioning
- Driving continuous improvements for enhanced productivity and safety
- Ensuring compliance with all safety protocols for external providers
- Leading the implementation of a proactive, modern maintenance system
- Overseeing third-party safety compliance on job sites
- Managing and ensuring compliance with ISO 50001 standards in energy management
Qualifications
Ideal candidates should possess:
- Completed training in electrical/mechatronics engineering with professional experience managing electrical specialists
- Advanced certification as a master craftsman or technician with 3+ years of experience, ideally with automated systems
- Experience in team leadership or foremanship, maintenance organization, and workshop management
- Knowledge of Lean Production principles (Kaizen, Six Sigma, KVP) and relevant regulations like 42. BImschG, ATEX, and the Machinery Directive
- Familiarity with CO2 extinguishing systems, process safety, and ISO 50001 is beneficial
- Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills, a self-driven approach to problem-solving, and a strong work ethic
- Proficiency in German and English, and experience with MS 365 and CMMS tools
