If it sounds like we’ve got something that’s up your street, let’s see if you’ve got the skills we’re looking for As Data Scientist , some of your activities will be: Design, build and evolve Prima’s proprietary predictive technology, in topics such as the prediction of future claims, renewal probability, customer lifetime value…; Develop a strong critical spirit and creativity that can act as an engine for Prima's growth; Learn avidly with the support of experienced colleagues and grow quickly, assuming more responsibilities within the team. Are you the ideal candidate for this exciting role? Here's what we're looking for: Impressive academic achievements in Mathematics, Computer science, Physics, Statistics, Mathematical Engineering, Physical Engineering or Aerospace Engineering; You have a solid foundation in programming and implementation of algorithms; Strong Python programming skills and fluent use of GIT; Excellent English and Italian level, oral & written; You have a sincere and life-guiding cooperative mindset. In addition to the basic requirements, we will carefully evaluate these characteristics as a plus: You have previous work experience in similar roles, including consulting experience and/or programming experience at the corporate level within production frameworks and standards; Knowledge of Spark, SQL or any other data-oriented programming language and proficiency with standard data wrangling and modelling libraries (Pandas, Sklearn, Keras, XGBboost, LightGBM, etc.); Experience/fluency with MIP optimization tools (CPLEX, Guroby, etc.).
