Job Description

Health and Safety Manager (RSPP). FL Technics Wheels & Brakes provides tailored maintenance for aircraft wheels, brakes, and related components. We are looking for a Health and Safety Manager to join our international team. YOUR TASKS: Develop and implement Health and Safety strategy amongst production facilities in Italy, Hungary, and Germany; Monitor and assess compliance with relevant health and safety laws, regulations, and company standards and make recommendations to ensure compliance amongst facilities; Monitor and evaluate workplace activities to identify potential hazards and risks, develop risk reduction strategies, and prevent accidents or injuries; Review, draft, and revise documents relating to occupational safety and health issues and coordinate their implementation and compliance; Carry out regular safety audits, inspections, and risk assessments to ensure compliance with safety standards and legal requirements; Develop and conduct comprehensive health and safety training programs for all employees; Implement a system for investigating any accidents, incidents, or near misses; Facilitate regular safety meetings to promote a culture of safety awareness and responsibility among all employees. WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING: University degree/post-secondary education (a degree in occupational safety, engineering, or a similar field would be an advantage); Similar work experience in a manufacturing company, preferably in the aviation sector; Fluency in English (written/spoken); Responsibility, persistence, and proactiveness; Occupational health and safety certificate.
