Job Overview : - Assists in the development and deployment of solutions - Responsible for creating technical documentation for infrastructure solutions - Identify network system issues, troubleshoot, and provide solutions - Provide preventative measures to ensure uptime and optimal performance of the environment - Perform complex problem isolation within the Telecommunications Infrastructure and Networks - On-call rotation/After Hours support is required - Travel is possible, but occasional - Creates technical documentation for infrastructure solutions - Leading the engineering design, development and test process for the chosen product set - Delivering a secure, compliant and stable enterprise UC platform - Experience in helping people communicate through managing, designing and implementing enterprise scale VoIP and Video over IP network environments with a focus on Microsoft, Avaya, and Polycom voice and video technologies - Excellent knowledge of video conferencing technologies and products - Experience in and a passion for network and system management - Ability to lead teams on projects is required - Management disciplines and tools experience with Information Security around DLP - Passion and demonstrated experience in identifying innovative approaches to using new or existing technologies to meet current and future business needs (ref:hirist.tech)
