This role requires a strong background in both Sitecore and frontend development to deliver high-performance, user-centric web solutions aligned with our business goals Key Responsibilities : Technical Leadership : - Lead and mentor a team of developers, upholding best practices and coding standards. - Stay updated on the latest trends in Sitecore and frontend technologies. - Guide team members to enhance their technical skills and professional growth. Sitecore Development : - Design, build, and maintain websites, landing pages, and microsites using Sitecore. - Leverage Sitecore's tools to create personalized and engaging digital experiences. - Ensure Sitecore applications are optimized for speed, scalability, and user. experience. Frontend Development : - Develop responsive user interfaces using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern. frameworks (React, Vue.js, or Angular). - Ensure cross-browser compatibility and adherence to accessibility standards. - Collaborate with designers to implement visually appealing, functional interfaces. Project Management : - Oversee Sitecore development projects from planning to completion. - Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and estimate project timelines. - Monitor project progress, identify risks, and address issues proactively. Quality Assurance : - Conduct code reviews and quality checks to maintain high standards. - Collaborate with QA teams to thoroughly test Sitecore solutions for performance and reliability. Qualifications : Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. - 4 years of experience with Sitecore development (including Sitecore XP/XM). - Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frontend frameworks (React, Vue.js,.Angular). - Strong understanding of Sitecore CMS architecture, modules, and APIs. - Experience with version control systems, particularly Git. - Excellent problem-solving skills, leadership abilities, and communication skills. Preferred Skills : - Experience with Sitecore Commerce or Sitecore Personalize. - Familiarity with cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS. - Knowledge of headless CMS architectures. - Sitecore certification is a plus.
