Lead Backend Developer - Node.js/ElasticSearch

Position : Lead Backend Developer Experience : 8 Years Job Location : Hyderabad Work Mode : WFO Skills required : Node.js, Elastic Search, Redis, Mobile Application, product development, Python. JOB DESCRIPTION Your Key Responsibilities : - Architect and development of backend services - Participate in all aspects of agile software development, including design, implementation, and deployment. - Develop new features and infrastructure in support of rapidly emerging business and project requirements. - Lead and provide guidance on building end-to-end systems optimized for speed and scale - Engage and collaborate with UX designers and front-end engineers, and collaborate with leading back-end engineers to create reliable APIs(Application Programming Interfaces). - Influence coding, design standards, engineering and security practices - Research, ideate, prototype, stay updated with emerging trends to integrate new technologies - Collaborate with product management, support and marketing teams Key Skills Requirement : - Experience building platforms and SaaS services using NodeJS/MEAN/MERN - Expertise in NodeJS and familiarity with common frameworks (Express, NestJS) is a must - Experience building large scale applications and services using MongoDB/NoSQL, PostgreSQL, MySQL Databases. - Experience in Python. - Experience in designing and integrating RESTful APIs - Excellent debugging, troubleshooting and optimization skills - Experience in unit/integration testing - Good understanding of scalable computing systems, software architecture, data structures, and algorithms. - 8 years of relevant experience - Masters/Bachelors in Computer Science.
