Job Description : Key Responsibilities : - Design, develop, and deploy AEM components, templates, and workflows. - Configure AEM authoring, publishing, and dispatcher environments. - Integrate AEM with other systems and services, such as marketing automation, CRM, and analytics tools. - Optimize AEM performance and scalability. - Troubleshoot and resolve AEM-related issues. - Develop responsive and accessible front-end interfaces using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. - Utilize frameworks like AngularJS and ReactJS to build complex web applications. - Leverage libraries like jQuery and Bootstrap to enhance user experience. - Develop Java-based back-end services and APIs. - Integrate with RESTful APIs and other backend systems. - Optimize application performance and security. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers, content authors, and project managers. - Mentor and guide junior developers. Required Skills and Experience : - 6 years of overall programming experience - 3 years of hands-on experience with AEM or similar CMS - Strong proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Java - Experience with frameworks like AngularJS and ReactJS - Experience with back-end development using Java, Spring, and REST APIs - Knowledge of OSGi and AEM architecture - Understanding of responsive web design and accessibility standards - Experience with version control systems like Git or SVN - Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Preferred Skills : - Experience with AEM Forms - Knowledge of Adobe Target and Adobe Analytics - Experience with cloud-based deployments (AWS, Azure, GCP) - Understanding of DevOps practices and tools (Jenkins, CI/CD) (ref:hirist.tech)
