L2 Network Support Engineer

Job Description : - Design, deploy, and support enterprise-level network infrastructure, including routers, switches, firewalls, load balancers, and VPN concentrators. - Perform network configuration, maintenance, and upgrades, ensuring high availability and performance. - Monitor network performance and implement performance tuning strategies to optimize network resources. - Troubleshoot complex network issues and coordinate resolution with internal teams or vendors as needed. - Implement and maintain network security measures, including access controls, firewalls, VPNs, and intrusion detection/prevention systems. - Develop and maintain network documentation, diagrams, and procedures. - Collaborate with IT teams and stakeholders to design and implement network solutions that meet business requirements. - Provide mentoring and guidance to junior network engineers and support staff. - Participate in on-call rotation and respond to network-related emergencies promptly. - Stay current with industry trends and advancements in network technology to recommend and implement improvements.
