Windows & VMware Lead

Job Description : - Windows Server Expertise : Strong hands-on experience with Windows Server environments (Windows Server 2016, 2019, 2022), including Active Directory, Group Policy, and DNS management. - VMware Expertise : Proficiency with VMware vSphere, ESXi, vCenter, vSAN, and VMware tools for virtual machine provisioning, storage, and high-availability configurations. - Linux Administration : Deep experience with Linux distributions (Red Hat, CentOS, Ubuntu) and command-line tools for system management, automation, and troubleshooting. - Storage Management : Strong knowledge of enterprise storage solutions (SAN, NAS), backup systems, and disaster recovery technologies. - Automation & Scripting : Experience with automation tools (Ansible, Puppet, Chef) and scripting languages (Bash, Python) to manage infrastructure at scale. - Cloud Platforms : Familiarity with cloud storage and virtualization services (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and hybrid cloud solutions. - Monitoring Tools : Experience with monitoring tools like SolarWinds, Nagios, vRealize Operations, and others for proactive system management and performance monitoring. - Security Best Practices : Understanding of network and system security, including firewall configurations, encryption, and access management. - Performance Tuning : Ability to optimize system and application performance across virtualized and physical environments.
