Job Description
GetOnCRM Solutions is seeking a Salesforce Service Cloud Specialist with 3 years of experience to implement and optimize Service Cloud solutions that enhance client support processes. The ideal Candidate must hold Salesforce Admin and Salesforce Developer certifications and demonstrate strong expertise in Service Cloud customization and integration. Key Responsibilities : - Configure and implement Service Cloud features (Case Management, Knowledge, Service Console, etc.) to meet client needs. - Collaborate with clients to understand and refine customer service workflows. - Integrate Service Cloud with other Salesforce products and third-party applications. - Provide training and support to end-users. Qualifications : - Experience: 3 years in Salesforce Service Cloud - Certifications: Salesforce Admin and Salesforce Developer (Required) - Proficiency in Lightning, Apex, and Salesforce development best practices - Strong problem-solving and client communication skills (ref:hirist.tech)
