Product Manager - Roadmap & Strategy

Job Description : We are looking for a driven and innovative Product Manager focused on Web Development to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in Product Management, particularly in web-based projects, and be passionate about creating impactful, user-centered web experiences. With at least 4 years of Product Management experience, you will work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and sales, to deliver seamless, user-friendly web products that align with the company's vision. Key Responsibilities : 1. Product Strategy and Roadmap : - Define, develop, and execute product roadmaps for web development projects in alignment with business goals. - Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to refine and optimize web product strategies. - Identify new product opportunities and drive product vision for web-based solutions. 2. User-Centered Design and Development : - Collaborate with UX/UI designers to create intuitive, user-centered experiences for all web products. - Oversee the user research process, ensuring the development of features that address user pain points effectively. - Establish web-based product specifications, ensuring alignment between design and engineering teams. 3. Project Management and Cross-Functional Collaboration : - Coordinate with engineering, QA, marketing, and customer success teams to ensure successful product launches and updates. - Track project progress, identify bottlenecks, and resolve challenges to keep projects on schedule. - Facilitate communication between stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment on project goals. 4. Performance Tracking and Optimization : - Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to evaluate product success. - Regularly analyze product performance and user feedback to recommend enhancements. - Utilize data-driven insights to iterate and improve products continuously. 5. Customer-Focused Development : - Act as the voice of the customer, ensuring that web development initiatives address customer needs and provide optimal experiences. - Engage in customer and stakeholder interviews to validate product ideas and gather feedback for continuous improvement. Qualifications : Experience : - At least 4 years of experience in Product Management, ideally within web development or a similar digital product domain. - Proven track record of managing and delivering successful web products from concept through launch. Skills : - Strong understanding of web technologies and development processes, including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and related frameworks (familiarity, not hands-on coding required). - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. - Familiarity with product management tools such as Jira, Asana, or Trello, as well as analytics platforms like Google Analytics or Mixpanel.
