UI/UX Designer - User-Centered Design

Responsibilities : - Develop intuitive and visually appealing website interfaces based on user-centered design principles. - Conduct user research, including interviews and usability testing, to understand user needs and preferences. - Create wireframes, prototypes, and interactive mockups to effectively communicate design ideas and concepts. - Collaborate with development teams to ensure the feasibility of design solutions and oversee the implementation process. - Conduct competitive analysis and stay updated on the latest industry trends and best practices in UI/UX design. - Iterate on designs based on feedback from stakeholders, usability testing, and data-driven insights. - Work closely with product managers to define project goals, scope, and deliverables. - Collaborate with marketing teams to ensure brand consistency and a cohesive user experience across all touchpoints. - Perform user testing and gather feedback to validate design decisions and identify areas for improvement. - Assist in creating and maintaining design guidelines, style guides, and design systems to ensure consistency and scalability. Skills & Requirements : - Proven experience as a UI/UX designer with a strong portfolio showcasing your design skills and projects. - Expertise in design thinking methodologies and user-centered design principles. - Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe XD - Basic knowledge of graphic design, including layout design, typography, and colour theory. - Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS - Excellent communication and collaboration skills. - Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
