Graphic Designer - Photoshop/Illustrator

We are seeking a creative Graphic Designer to join our marketing team. This role will be responsible for overseeing the creative development, execution and project management of marketing materials, including print collateral, infographics, web, and email. A key to success in this role is the ability to balance competing project deadlines and prioritize accordingly, all while maintaining open communication with project owners and stakeholders. This individual will be an integral part of the marketing team - capable of fast turn production work along with effectively articulating technical ideas into meaningful graphics. Essential Duties and Responsibilities (Additional duties may be assigned as required) - Generate concepts, produce quality designs and build graphic files that satisfy a creative brief - Work closely with marketing, sales and technical teams to develop collateral according to organizational goals - Be a Brand Champion by maintaining consistency of visual elements throughout all GreyHeller collateral - Identify areas of improvement for various existing graphics - Communicate effectively regarding timelines, challenges and prioritization related to projects to ensure smooth execution and manage expectations Required Skills: - Demonstrable graphic design skills with a strong portfolio - Experience with presentation design, typography, color, web design, video editing (desired, but not required) - experience with design elements used at tradeshows/conferences is a plus - Proficient use of InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator or other visual design tools; experience with video and motion graphic tools is a plus - Self-starter - able to function effectively with minimal direction or input - Detail- and task-oriented - Ability to multi-task and work effectively to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment - Ability to collaborate effectively and cross-functionally - Drive to learn and develop new skills, especially in areas beyond current expertise - Strong communication and presentation skills Education and/or Experience - 3-5 years of graphic design experience - Experience with technology concepts preferred - Web content management systems (i.e. WordPress) experience a plus; Marketing automation design experience (i.e Pardot) is a plus Pls share your resume asap HR Team Core Edge Solutions (ref:hirist.tech)
