Key Responsibilities : - Salesforce Development : Design, develop, and implement Salesforce applications and customizations using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning components, and Salesforce CPQ. - CPQ Implementation : Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and implement CPQ solutions to streamline quoting processes. - Integration : Develop and maintain integrations with other systems using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware solutions. - Troubleshooting : Identify and resolve technical issues related to Salesforce functionality and performance. - Documentation : Create and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications, user guides, and training materials. - Collaboration : Work closely with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, project managers, and end-users, to ensure successful project delivery. - Best Practices : Promote and adhere to Salesforce best practices, coding standards, and deployment processes. Technical Skills : - Proficient in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning components, and SOQL/SOSL. - Experience with Salesforce APIs (REST/SOAP). - Knowledge of Salesforce architecture, data models, and best practices.
