ServiceNow Developer - CSM/HRSD Module

Job Description : Key Responsibilities : - Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow solutions, including custom applications, workflows, and integrations. - Provide technical expertise and guidance throughout the ServiceNow development lifecycle. - Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions. - Demonstrate deep knowledge of ServiceNow's CSM and HRSD modules. - Configure and customize these modules to meet specific business needs. - Develop custom workflows, scripts, and integrations to enhance functionality. - Experience with UIBuilder or other ServiceNow UI development tools. - Create custom user interfaces using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. - Develop responsive and user-friendly designs. - Integrate ServiceNow with other applications using REST, SOAP, or other methods. - Develop and maintain ServiceNow APIs, including REST, SOAP, and MID server APIs. - Configure automated processes using workflows (including Flow Designer), business rules, and scheduled jobs. - Streamline operations and improve efficiency. - Utilize ServiceNow's performance analytics tools to monitor and optimize system performance. - Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks. Required Qualifications : - 8-10 years of hands-on experience as a ServiceNow developer. - Strong expertise in CSM and HRSD modules. - Proficiency in ServiceNow development tools and technologies. - Strong JavaScript skills. - Experience integrating ServiceNow with other applications. - Knowledge of ServiceNow APIs (REST, SOAP, MID server). - Ability to design and configure automated processes. - Understanding of performance analytics concepts. Preferred Qualifications : - Experience with ServiceNow's UIBuilder tool. - Certification in ServiceNow development. - Knowledge of ServiceNow's ITSM and ITOM modules. (ref:hirist.tech)
