Senior .Net Developer

Responsibilities : Software Architecture & Design : - Provide detailed specifications for proposed software solutions, considering performance, scalability, and maintainability. - Work closely with product owners and development teams to design product features that meet user needs and business objectives. - Design and implement client-side and server-side architecture using .NET technologies (i.e., ASP.NET, .NET Core). Full-Stack Development : - Develop and manage well-functioning databases and backend applications using .NET technologies. - Design and implement product APIs that ensure secure and efficient data exchange. - Write unit test cases to ensure code quality and application functionality. Technical Leadership & Collaboration : - Provide technical leadership and guidance to the development team, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement. - Coordinate effectively with customers and internal stakeholders to understand requirements and manage expectations. - Develop and prioritize user stories to create a clear product roadmap. - Review code written by the team, suggest improvements, and ensure adherence to coding standards. - Facilitate code refactoring to maintain code quality and manageability. Agile Development : - Champion agile development methodologies (i.e., Scrum) and lead the team in implementing agile practices. Technical Skills : - Strong expertise in .NET technologies (i.e. NET Framework, .NET Core, ASP.NET) - Experience with client-side development technologies (i.e., HTML, CSS, JavaScript) - Familiarity with database technologies (SQL Server, NoSQL etc.) is a plus - Proficient in API design and development - Experience with unit testing frameworks and practices - Strong understanding of software design principles and architectural patterns (ref:hirist.tech)
