Security Operations Center Analyst

Technical Skill (Necessary) : - BE or Master's degree in Computer Science, IT, Cyber, Electronics, or related technical degree. - Networking Knowledge must Certification : - Any One relevant Security certification must as per current industry standards Qualifying Experience : - Min 1-2 years of SOC and SIEM experience - Log Monitoring, Log Management & Incident Response. - Hands on experience with Wazuh or any other XDR tool. - Hands on experience with SIEM tool - Strong verbal communication skills and excellent technical writing skills. - Should have knowledge of cyber threats, malware, APT's, exploits. - Proficient understanding of ethical hacking & security assessment tools. - Extensive experience in security technologies such as SIEM, IDS/IPS, DLP, WAF, EDR, Anti-virus, Sandboxing, network & host-based firewalls, Threat intelligence, penetration testing. - Understanding of common network infrastructure devices such as routers & switches. - Good knowledge of networking fundamentals (OSI Layers, TCP/IP, protocols, and services (ref:hirist.tech)
