SAP SD Consultant - System Configuration & Implementation

Responsibilities : SAP SD Expertise : - Possess a minimum of 6 years of SAP consulting experience specializing in SAP SD, with a focus on Order-to-Cash (OTC) processes. - Lead the design, configuration, and implementation of SAP SD modules to meet specific business requirements. - Gather and analyze business needs to develop conceptual and detailed designs for optimal SD configuration. - Perform necessary configurations within SAP SD, ensuring system alignment with business processes. - Collaborate with development teams to provide detailed specifications for custom programs related to SD functionalities. - Conduct thorough testing of SD configurations and custom applications to ensure functionality and accuracy. - Coordinate the transport of configurations and programs to production environments. - Provide post-go-live support to ensure smooth system operation and address user challenges. Functional Knowledge : - In-depth understanding of Order-to-Cash (OTC) workflows within SAP SD. - Expertise in SAP SD functionalities including Pricing, Revenue Account Determination, Master Data Management (Materials, Condition Records, Customer Masters), EDI/IDoc Processing, Credit Management, and Output Determination. Technical Skills : - Strong understanding of the integration between SAP SD and FI modules. - Basic proficiency in ABAP debugging (a plus). Additional Skills : - Excellent verbal and written communication skills to collaborate effectively with stakeholders (business users, developers). - Proven ability to manage projects, meet deadlines, and deliver high-quality solutions. - Prior experience in high-tech or software industries is beneficial (ref:hirist.tech)
