Java Technical Lead - Spring/Hibernate

Job Description : - Java (Core & Advanced) : Strong expertise in Java development, including working with frameworks like Spring, Hibernate, and Spring Boot for backend services. - Spring Boot : Hands-on experience with Spring Boot to develop robust, scalable, and high-performance microservices. - Hibernate : Deep understanding of Hibernate ORM for efficient database interaction and management. - Microservices : Expertise in designing, developing, and deploying microservices architecture, ensuring scalability, maintainability, and performance. - UI Technologies : Knowledge of UI technologies like Angular or React, and understanding of integrating frontend and backend systems. - Database Management : Proficiency in working with relational databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle) and NoSQL databases (MongoDB, Cassandra). - Team Leadership : Proven ability to lead a team of developers, providing technical guidance, mentoring, and ensuring timely delivery of projects. - API Development & Integration : Experience in RESTful API design and integration with third-party services. - Version Control & CI/CD : Hands-on experience with version control systems (Git, SVN) and continuous integration/deployment tools (Jenkins, GitLab). - Cloud & DevOps (Optional but preferred) : Experience working with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and DevOps tools for automation and deployment. - Agile Methodologies : Familiarity with Agile methodologies, Scrum, or Kanban, to ensure efficient team collaboration and sprint management. - Problem-Solving & Debugging : Strong problem-solving abilities to troubleshoot issues, optimize code, and debug application errors efficiently. - Excellent Communication Skills : Ability to communicate technical ideas clearly to stakeholders and team members. Responsibilities : - Lead and mentor a team of Java developers, providing technical leadership and support. - Architect, design, and develop Java-based microservices and applications. - Work closely with product managers, QA teams, and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality software solutions. - Ensure high-quality code, adherence to best practices, and effective testing processes. - Conduct code reviews, provide feedback, and guide the team on technical issues and implementation strategies. - Stay up-to-date with industry trends and new technologies, suggesting and implementing improvements. - Drive the technical direction and contribute to the overall architecture of the systems.
