Genzeon - Senior Engineer - Golang

Responsibilities : - Design, develop, and maintain backend services using Go (Golang) to support high-performance applications. - Implement and integrate SlideIO for presentation management and content delivery. - Collaborate with frontend developers to ensure seamless integration of backend services with user interfaces. - Optimize application performance, scalability, and security. - Develop RESTful APIs to facilitate communication between the backend and frontend components. - Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve issues in a timely manner. - Conduct code reviews and contribute to best practices in software development. - Maintain documentation for system architecture, APIs, and technical specifications. Requirements : - Proficiency in Go (Golang) and experience with SlideIO. - Strong understanding of RESTful API design and development. - Familiarity with database systems (SQL and NoSQL). - Experience with version control systems (e.g, Git). - Solid understanding of software development principles and methodologies. - Experience in Performance Optimization of systems. - Comfortable in trying out various PoC/Pilots to validate technology capabilities and come up with a PoV. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Preferred Qualifications : - Experience with containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes). - Familiarity with one or more cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud). - Knowledge of frontend technologies (JavaScript, React, Angular) is a plus. - Understanding of web security principles and best practices.
