Senior Backend Developer - Java/Python/Node.js

Description : We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Backend Senior Developer to join our dynamic team focused on PSUMS (Project Streamlined Unified Management System) and PIDP (Project Integration and Development Platform). In this role, you will play a crucial part in the design, development, and maintenance of our backend systems, ensuring that they are robust, scalable, and efficient. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including frontend developers, product managers, and UX/UI designers to create high-quality applications that meet our users' needs. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of software development best practices and be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for writing clean and maintainable code, troubleshooting and resolving issues, and implementing innovative solutions to complex problems. As a Senior Developer, you will also be expected to mentor junior developers, sharing your expertise and promoting best practices within the team.
