Summary : As a Senior Quality Assurance Engineer, you'll ensure software quality through manual and automated testing. Collaborate with teams to develop comprehensive test cases using tools like Gherkin and Postman. Your expertise in TypeScript and SQL will be crucial for testing frontend and backend components. Requirements : - Manual and Automated Testing : Conduct manual testing and/or develop automated test scripts to ensure the quality and reliability of our software products. - Leverage your 1-3 years of experience in manual and/or QA automation to identify bugs, verify fixes, and validate new features. - Test Case Development : Write clear and comprehensive test cases using Gherkin syntax to ensure thorough test coverage. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and translate them into executable test scenarios. - QA Tech Stack Utilization : Utilize our QA tech stack, including Gherkin for writing test cases and AIO Test for test automation and reporting. - Leverage Postman for SQL testing to verify database interactions and data integrity. - Platform Tech Stack Integration : Apply your knowledge of TypeScript and SQL to effectively test and validate features within our platform tech stack. - Collaborate with developers to understand system architecture and ensure proper testing of frontend and backend components. - Repository and Documentation Management : Utilize GitHub, GitHub Actions, and GitHub Runners for version control, automated testing, and continuous integration. - Maintain comprehensive documentation of test cases, test results, and QA processes using Confluence. - Issue Tracking and Project Management : Utilize Jira for issue tracking and project management, including task assignment, progress tracking, and reporting. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prioritize and address software defects and improvements. Experience & Competencies : - Experience : 4 years of experience in manual and/or automated testing, with a strong understanding of QA principles and methodologies. - Proficiency in TypeScript and SQL for effective testing of frontend and backend components. - Experience writing clear and comprehensive test cases using Gherkin syntax. - Familiarity with AIO Test for test automation and reporting, and Postman for SQL testing. - Experience with GitHub for version control, automated testing, and continuous integration. - Proficiency in Confluence for comprehensive documentation management. - Familiarity with Jira for issue tracking, task assignment, and project management.
