Data Scientist - Machine Learning/Generative AI

Job Title : Data Scientist Experience : 6 - 8 Years Location : Bangalore Notice Period : 15 - 30 Days Job Description : We are seeking a talented Data Scientist to drive smarter decision-making through data insights, machine learning, and generative AI techniques. As a Data Scientist, you will leverage data mining, machine learning, and NLP/LLM techniques to improve our products. A strong background in Generative AI, NLP, and Computer Vision is essential, along with hands-on experience working with Large Language Models (LLMs) and Computer Vision algorithms. Key Responsibilities : - Develop AI/ML models for high-quality prediction systems. - Apply Generative AI, Computer Vision, Python, and ML techniques to innovate our products. - Integrate NLP and LLMs, training and fine-tuning models on updated datasets. - Optimize classifiers through feature selection and machine learning techniques. - Conduct data analysis, curation, preprocessing, and modeling. - Enhance data collection for analytics systems and work with AWS cloud platforms. - Collaborate with teams to design and implement advanced AI models. - Document requirements, methodologies, and results for Skills : Mandatory : - 5 years in Machine Learning or Data Science. - Masters or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field. - Deep learning experience with CNN, Transformers, Encoder-Decoder architectures. - Expertise in LLMs and related applications (e.g., embedding models, prompt engineering). - Proficient in Python with experience in PyTorch and TensorFlow. - Strong applied statistics knowledge and experience with machine learning algorithms. - Familiarity with Computer Vision techniques and strong problem-solving skills. Nice to Have : - Financial research experience. - Familiarity with JIRA, Confluence, and Agile methodologies. - Knowledge of NoSQL databases (MongoDB, Cassandra) and data visualization tools (Grafana, GGplot). Soft Skills : - Excellent communication and negotiation skills. - Attention to detail, curiosity, and a proactive approach.
