We're building a culture of success and are looking for motivated professionals to join us The Opportunity : Our Front-end Web Developer involves being proficient in creating a visually appealing and user-friendly Drupal Website. Responsibilities : - Write clean, efficient, and reusable code in SASS and JavaScript following best practices. - Develop and maintain front-end custom features/themes using Drupal 8/9/10. - Optimize web applications for maximum speed and scalability. - Understand the business requirements and translate them into Design concepts. - Customize Drupal themes and templates to enhance functionality and user experience. - Collaborate with backend engineers to integrate user-facing elements. - Ensure cross-browser compatibility and mobile responsiveness. - Perform regular website maintenance and updates. - Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to front-end development. - Provide solutions to issues in creative and effective ways. - Understand the interrelationships of different disciplines. - Direct the application of existing principles and guide development of new policies and ideas. - Focus on optimizing Conversion Rate Optimization and best practice sharing with Campaign and Content teams. Skill Set / Qualifications : - Bachelor of Science in IT, Software Engineering, Computer Programming, or a related field - Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and related frameworks (e.g., jQuery, Bootstrap). - 4 years experience in Drupal theme (version 8/9/10 preferred) Required - 2 years experience in Wordpress - Experience with version control systems such as Git. - Knowledge of mobile and responsive website design fundamentals - Understanding of user interface design principles, with a proven track record of creative website development in accordance with the design specifications, user interface style guides, and established usability standards. - Ability to convert comprehensive layout and wireframes into working Drupal/Wordpress pages - Ability to work both independently and as part of a cross functional team - Strong problem solving skills and time management skills - Critical thinking and problem solving skills - Acute attention to detail and dedication to quality - Excellent oral and written interpersonal skills Nice-to-have Skills : - Experience with Project Management Software (JIRA, Asana, etc.) - Experience with Docker and NPM build. - Familiarity with design tools (e.g., Figma, Adobe XD) is a plus. - Understanding of web performance optimization techniques. - Experience building custom Wordpress themes.
