Software Development Engineer III - Python

Job Description : - As an early team member, you will get a chance to set the foundations of our engineering culture. - You will help articulate our engineering principles and help set the long-term roadmap. - Making decisions on the evolution of CashFlo's technical architecture. - Building new features end to end, from talking to customers to writing code. - Must be hands-on with coding and expect to spend 50% of your time with coding and PR reviews. - Collaborating with a group of dedicated leaders, such as yourself, to address and solve meaningful challenges as they arise. Requirements : - 6 - 9 years of full-time software engineering experience in product-based organizations. - Skilled in creating scalable backend platforms, utilizing a well-balanced combination of frameworks, design patterns, and optimized data structures. - Has a history of working with and actively developing distributed systems. - Embraces the role of mentoring fellow developers and coaching them to collectively work towards improvement. - Considers Functional Requirements as one facade and aims to create products/platforms that are a delight to work with operationally. - Thorough knowledge of SDLC. - Proficiency in any language like Python or Rust is the basic requirement. - Expertise in any RDBMS or NoSQL databases. - Deep understanding of how an Event-driven system works. - Deep knowledge of how the distributed system works and its complexities. - Understand CI/CD pipelines. - Exposure to cloud providers like AWS, GCP, or Azure. - Seen extensive scale and understands the evolutionary technical challenges. - Proficiency in any language like Go, or Rust would set you apart. - You own all the technical design documents like HLD and LLD, and help the team to see the unforeseen when building a complex product. - Possesses leadership qualities, not keen to be the hero but rather looks forward to mentoring others to become the hero. - Having a keen eye for quality recognises an ideal test case and loves to experiment to find effective ways to test your code.
