Job Description : Work and Technical Experience : Essential Skills : - Proven Expertise in MicroStrategy Development : Extensive experience in MicroStrategy development with a solid understanding of data and dimensional modelling concepts. - In-Depth Knowledge of MicroStrategy Architecture : Comprehensive understanding of MicroStrategy architecture, components, and tools. - Leadership and Communication : Demonstrated experience in leading technical teams, serving as the primary point of contact (SPOC) for business interactions, with strong communication and stakeholder management skills. - Advanced Design and Development Capabilities : Proficient in designing and developing schemas, documents, dossiers, and reports within the MicroStrategy environment. - Experience with MicroStrategy Schema and Architecture : Robust experience with MicroStrategy's architecture and schema design, ensuring optimal data structure and performance. - Expertise in Data Modelling : Strong grasp of data modelling concepts, enabling the creation of efficient and scalable BI solutions. - BI Reporting and Performance Optimization : Hands-on experience in business intelligence reporting and performance tuning, ensuring high-quality deliverables and optimized system performance. Desirable Skills : - Balanced Analytics Solutions : Ability to deliver analytics solutions that strike an optimal balance between architectural requirements, effort estimations, and client-specific needs. - Proficiency in Multiple Analytics Platforms : Expertise in working with various analytics tools, including Tableau, Power BI, and others. - Up-to-Date with Industry Trends : Strong awareness of the latest trends in analytics, business intelligence, and data visualization, ensuring innovative and forward-thinking : - Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or related field (Master's degree is a plus). - Demonstrated continued learning through one or more technical certifications or related methods. - At least 5 years of relevant experience in : - Self-motivated and focused on delivering outcomes for a fast-growing team and firm. - Able to communicate persuasively through speaking, writing, and client presentations. - Able to consult, write, and present persuasively. - Able to work in a self-organized and cross-functional team. - Able to iterate based on new information, peer reviews, and feedback. - Able to work with teams and clients in different time zones. - Research-focused mindset.
