Job Description

Role : Oracle EBS Finance Functional (Gurgaon). Job Description : Candidate will work with Business, Stakeholders and understand what business needs are, Oracle EBS - Current Functionality - Must-Have. Requirements : - 4-7 years of experience with Oracle EBS Finance. - Proven ability to collaborate effectively with business stakeholders to understand and address their needs. - In-depth knowledge of current Oracle EBS Finance functionality. - Ability to identify whether a business requirement can be met using out-of-the-box functionality. - Prior experience in upgrade, conversion and integration projects - Extensive experience in designing and developing complex and rapid RICEW solutions - Functional expertise in Oracle E-Business suite of products (Oracle General Ledger, Receivables, Payables,iExpenses) - Work directly with EBS business users to thoroughly understand functional requirements to produce highly effective functional design documents - Experience owning the entire end-to-end of Oracle EBS Finance implementation projects, including deliverables and timelines. - Ability to articulate experience with various Oracle EBS Finance implementations. - Strong understanding of upward, downward applications, and interfaces within the Oracle EBS : - Understanding set-up/configuration/administration areas to support current service portfolio. - Interact with End-users on clarification of incidents/problems and provide resolution to global users. - Analyst will partner with business units to ensure efficient use of application and help enhance application. - Responsible for understanding the current process, identify and deliver service improvements. - Should be able to configure new org structures whenever required. - Coordinate process improvements with business; gather and document functional requirements. - Maintain and improve system interfaces between key applications. - Support a change management process to manage patch applications and changes to the configurations. - Develop test plans and manage user testing for system changes. - Support new ERP or business unit initiatives and projects which may include new functionality, process improvements or migrating new business units onto the system Skills : - Analytical Thinking - Oracle ERP - Oracle Financial (ref:hirist.tech)
