Role Description : This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Product Designer - UX/UI at Leoforce in Hyderabad. Key Responsibilities : - Develop high-fidelity mockups, prototypes, and design specifications that communicate design concepts effectively. - Create design systems, style guides, and UI components that ensure consistency across all products. - Collaborate with product managers and engineers to define user requirements and translate them into innovative design solutions. - Lead the end-to-end design process, from ideation to implementation, ensuring designs meet business goals and user needs. - Employ design thinking methodologies to solve complex problems, facilitating workshops and brainstorming sessions to foster a user-centric culture. - Utilize iterative design practices, continuously testing and refining concepts based on user feedback and data. - Conduct user research through interviews, surveys, usability testing, and other methods to gather insights into user needs and behaviors. - Analyze research findings to inform design decisions and present actionable recommendations to stakeholders. - Work closely with engineering, marketing, and product teams to ensure alignment on project goals and timelines. - Advocate for user-centered design principles and promote a collaborative design culture within the organization. - Employ strong analytical skills to identify design challenges and propose effective solutions. - Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to continuously improve design processes. Qualifications : - 1 years of experience in UX/UI design or product design roles. - Proven experience in visual design and product design with a strong portfolio showcasing design projects and processes. - Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma, or equivalent. - Strong understanding of interaction design principles and methodologies. - Experience in conducting user research and usability testing, with a strong understanding of user-centered design principles. - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to present ideas clearly and effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. - Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for detail. - A strong portfolio is required that demonstrates your design process, including wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and finished products. - Knowledge of HTML, CSS, or JavaScript is a plus but not mandatory. - A passion for design and a keen interest in the latest industry trends and technologies.
