TechRBM - ETL Developer

Job Description : - Manage the secure, precise, and efficient transfer of data between Snowflake and on-premise SQL Server databases. - Design, develop, and maintain ETL processes to support data migration and transformation workflows. - Ensure data quality, performance, and reliability during high-volume data loading operations. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and integrate data accordingly. Required Skills : - Implementing ETL processes using cloud-based tools or DataStage/Talend. - Strong understanding of data migration strategies and optimizing data flow for high-performance environments. - Expertise in tuning the performance of ETL pipelines and optimizing query execution. - Preferred experience working with S3 bucket data extraction and loading. - Good knowledge of Linux scripting for automation and data manipulation. - Update and optimize complex stored procedures and SSIS packages in line with evolving business logic and data requirements. - Monitor and enhance ETL processes to ensure data accuracy and system performance. - Collaborate with onshore teams (including Abera, Sushma, and Prem) to meet project timelines and deliver solutions debugging. - Strong SQL query writing and optimization skills for large-scale data environments. - Experience in performance tuning for both SSIS and SQL processes. - Preferred experience with coding in C# or Python to enhance ETL solutions and automation. - These descriptions can help define roles effectively, aligning them with the specific skills and responsibilities you're seeking.
